This is a key element in achieving a successful and effective landscape design as well as reducing the amount of chemical fertilizers and sprays used to keep your plantings producing to there full potential.

Basic service plus a chemical fertilizer program to ensure your lawn gets what it needs to thrive as well as bed weed treatment.
Chemical Maintenance Program
Our chemical maintenance program includes seven fertilizations a year. In the spring we apply pre emergent's to control spring and summer weeds. The program also includes grub control for your turf and bed areas, preventative fungicide and monthly spray for weed control in June July and August.
Our programs can also help the environmental conscious customers with a full line of organic products.
Aerate / Seed / Fertilize
When its time to over seed in the fall Eller & Son uses nothing but professional equipment and products to ensure that our customers lawns will be the envy of the neighborhood. Professional equipment and quality certified seed plus industry knowledge equals expert results.
Core aeration only
We provide this service to the do it your self home owners so they can get professional results without the hassle of reserving equipment, or trying to safely operate equipment they might not be familiar with.
Lawn Renovations
Lawn renovations are necessary when large portions of turf die back and expose areas of earth to large for aeration to fix. In these cases equipment is brought in and the area(s) is turned with compost amending the soil. This creates a root zone for the seed to germinate and fill in the effected area. Renovations can be accomplished with many varieties of grasses, but warm season grasses (Bermuda, Zoysia) are best sown in May and cool season grasses (Fescue) are done in the fall.
